Frequently asked questions

Clear answers about starting a project, tracking requests, payments, portal access, and what happens before development begins.

How do I start a project?

Start with the project request form if you already have a serious idea. If you are still exploring, use quick discovery, proposal request, studio message, or similar-website form so MarGioM can understand your intent first.

What happens after I submit a request?

You receive a Request ID and Access Code. MarGioM reviews the request, asks for more information if needed, may enable discovery, then prepares a proposal when the scope is clear enough.

When does project work actually start?

Development should start only after the proposal is approved, the agreement is signed, and the initial deposit is verified. This protects both the client and MarGioM from unclear scope or payment confusion.

How are prices estimated?

Prices depend on pages, roles, dashboards, data model, authentication, uploads, integrations, payment flows, urgency, content readiness, and post-launch support. ETB ranges are planning anchors, not automatic final quotes.

Can I pay online?

The platform is being prepared for Chapa-based online payment. Manual payment proof remains available as a fallback for Telebirr, CBE, BOA, Dashen, Awash, M-PESA, and other configured methods.

Can I track my request before becoming a client?

Yes. The Request ID and Access Code tracking portal lets you view status, messages, proposal, agreement, deposit instructions, and related files before a verified client portal account exists.

When do I get client portal access?

Portal access is invite-only. It is created after proposal approval, signed agreement, verified deposit, and admin workspace setup.

Do you provide maintenance after launch?

Yes. Maintenance can include bug fixes, content updates, support tickets, monitoring checks, small improvements, and future-phase planning depending on the agreement.
