Customer Support Specialist

Help MarGioM respond to clients across live chat, email, and social platforms while keeping support notes organized.

Key tasks

  • Respond to website live chat messages, support emails, and social media inquiries in a professional tone.
  • Collect the right context: Request ID, Project ID, page URL, screenshots, invoice reference, or issue details.
  • Create and update support tickets, classify urgency, and route technical issues to the right admin or engineer.
  • Follow up with clients about ticket status, next actions, missing information, and resolved issues.
  • Help maintain FAQ notes, support templates, and common response guidance for future client communication.
  • Record important decisions inside the MarGioM platform so support history does not disappear in chat apps.

Requirements

  • Strong written communication in English; Amharic is helpful for Ethiopian client support.
  • Comfort using email, live chat tools, Telegram, WhatsApp, and social media business pages.
  • Organized note-taking, follow-up discipline, and patience with non-technical clients.
  • Basic understanding of websites, portals, dashboards, invoices, and support tickets is preferred.
  • Ability to protect client privacy and avoid sharing passwords, secrets, or private files publicly.

Junior Full Stack Software Engineer

Support MarGioM builds across websites, dashboards, portals, APIs, QA, and production fixes.

Key tasks

  • Build and polish React/Next.js UI components, forms, dashboards, and client-facing pages.
  • Work with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Zod validation, server actions, Supabase/PostgreSQL, and file workflows.
  • Fix bugs, improve mobile layouts, write small tests, and document how features work.
  • Help integrate email, payments, uploads, PDFs, admin tools, and client portal features under review.
  • Participate in code review, deployment checks, and support investigations after launch.

Requirements

  • Good foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
  • Basic Git/GitHub workflow and ability to explain progress clearly.
  • Understanding of APIs, forms, databases, authentication, and responsive UI.
  • Tailwind CSS and Supabase/PostgreSQL experience is helpful, but learning ability matters.
  • Portfolio, GitHub projects, or screenshots of previous work are strongly recommended.
